Our Line Bore Machine is the best in its class. It can machine diameters from 1 3/8“ – 20“. Its design allows us to get into tight and awkward places in the field where other line bore machines cannot. With its specially designed mounting brackets, centering cones, spherical bearings, and movable positional drive and feed units. Setting this machine up for any job allows for quick and accurate execution to ensure that a quality job is completed.

Diversified Machine works has acquired a Pratt & Whitney 12“ Vertical Shaper Model B-M-1531. This machine is perfect for large or small parts that require internal spines or keyways. Any size of keyway can be cut in internal bores, with a rotary table to allow multiple keyways at any specified angle required.
